The State of New Jersey’s Automated Trial Court Services Unit (NJATCSU) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Consultant to understand and maintain the Judiciary UI library of assets and standards. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of overall technical and IT experience, 5+ years of UI Development, and 4+ years of designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience.

Required Skills/Years of Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience with overall technical and IT experience
• 5+ years of experience with UI Development
• 4+ years of experience with Photoshop
• 4+ years of experience with Illustrator
• 4+ years of experience with InDesign
• 4+ years of experience with Dreamweaver
• 4+ years of experience with HTML5
• 4+ years of experience with CSS3
• 4+ years of experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience
• 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining Agile User Stories
• 4+ years of experience collaborating with internal and external groups

The State of New Jersey’s Automated Trial Court Services Unit (NJATCSU) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Consultant to understand and maintain the Judiciary UI library of assets and standards. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of overall technical and IT experience, 5+ years of UI Development, and 4+ years of designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience.

The Senior UI/UX Consultant will be tasked to:

• Review mock-ups for full compliance with Judiciary’s standards
• Understand and maintain the Judiciary UI library of assets and standards
• Articulate Judiciary UI/UX design standards to business
• Review mocks for Judiciary standards and compliance
• Collaborate with business analysts to ensure desired user stories are represented by Judiciary compliant mockups
• Work with team lead to document new standards
• Create Agile Interpreting data and qualitative feedback creating user stories, personas and storyboards
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Create user stories, personas and storyboards
• Conduct usability testing
• Interpret requirements to create UI designs
• Articulate UI/UX issues with business stakeholders
• Coordinate and collaborate between cross-functional teams involved with a project
• Keep records or documents
