Short Description
The State of New Jersey’s Office of Information & Technology (NJOIT) is seeking an OpenText TeamSite Developer to perform IDOL Enterprise search engine administration and use TeamSite versions 16x. The ideal candidate must possess 4+ years of developing Data capture templates (DCT) in TeamSite, 4+ years of developing Presentation Templates (TPL) in TeamSite, and 4+ years of developing in HTML and building into TeamSite.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience developing Data capture templates (DCT) in TeamSite
- 4+ years of experience developing Presentation Templates (TPL) in TeamSite
- 4+ years of experience developing in HTML and building into TeamSite
- 4+ years of experience developing websites with Bootstrap 3 framework and above
- 4+ years of experience developing websites to adhere to a common look
- 4+ years of experience programming websites considering responsive design
- 4+ years of experience developing templates with IW-Perl (Interwoven Perl)
- 4+ years of experience with XSLT
- 4+ years of experience developing websites using JQuery
- 4+ years of experience with XML
- 4+ years of experience programming using JavaScript
- 4+ years of experience developing websites using CSS3
- 4+ years of experience developing websites using HTML5
- 2+ years of experience with IDOL Enterprise Search Engine administration
- 1+ years of experience using strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- 1+ years of experience developing web sites with the Bootstrap 4 framework
- 1+ years of experience working with TeamSite Version 16x

The State of New Jersey’s Office of Information & Technology (NJOIT) is seeking an OpenText TeamSite Developer to perform IDOL Enterprise search engine administration and use TeamSite versions 16x. The ideal candidate must possess 4+ years of developing Data capture templates (DCT) in TeamSite, 4+ years of developing Presentation Templates (TPL) in TeamSite, and 4+ years of developing in HTML and building into TeamSite.
The OpenText TeamSite Developer will be tasked to:
- Administrate and patch/upgrade IDOL Enterprise Search Engine
- Refine and optimize IDOL instance on a continual basis
- Integrate and administer OpenText WCMS/ OpenDeploy software with AWS cloud
- Work with limited direction while being highly productive
- Work in a fast paced environment with tight project deadlines
- Develop and configure TeamSite templates
- Develop data capture templates (DCT), Presentation templates (TPL), Bootstrap framework 4, JavaScript, JQuery, Perl, IW-Perl, XSLT, XML
- Use Web UI development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, etc.)
- Build a fully responsive and accessible front-end UI website
- Work with a graphic designer
