Short Description
The State of New Jersey’s Department of Health (NJDOH) is seeking a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to gather requirements, design, architect, and implement solutions utilizing Dynamics modules and out of the box features. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working with MS Dynamics CRM on an implementation as the sole BA and 1+ years of SharePoint 2016 (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions) online or offline.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of working with MS Dynamics CRM on an implementation as the sole BA
- 5+ years of meeting with project stakeholders, SMEs, and business users
- 5+ years of translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation
- 5+ years of MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel
- 5+ years of coordinating and conducting UAT with business users and technical team
- 3+ years of configuring Dynamics 365 apps, tables, attributes, list views, form views, and security
- 3+ years of Dynamics 365 Out of the box Configuration (tables, forms, lists, workflows, business process flows, web resources, users and security)
- 3+ years of packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances
- 2+ years of experience with tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools)
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- 1+ years of SharePoint 2016 (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions) online or offline
- 1+ years of SharePoint Online integration of Dynamics 365
- 1+ years of Dynamics 365 Portal Design
Complete Description
The State of New Jersey’s Department of Health (NJDOH) is seeking a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to gather requirements, design, architect, and implement solutions utilizing Dynamics modules and out of the box features. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working with MS Dynamics CRM on an implementation as the sole BA and 1+ years of SharePoint 2016 (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions) online or offline.
The MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant will be tasked to:
- Plan, design, configure, and customize relational data modeling of Dynamics CRM solutions
- Work with business users to improve processes and systems
- Assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver recommendations, design documentation, and reports
- Engage with business users to understand how changes to process, services, and software can improve efficiencies and add value
- Conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems
- Articulate ideas and balance them against what is technically feasible and functionally reasonable
- Convey knowledge to developers and business users
- Understand the dynamics CRM data model
- Document as-is processes, recommend improvements, and streamline business processes into a design document of to-be processes
- Identify operational objectives by evaluating and documenting required business workflows
- Work closely with our business users to identify, map, and document each business requirement
- Lead key specific software projects starting with project requirements gathering, requirement specification, testing, quality assurance
- Work with other technical and project groups to ensure that software application requirements are identified at an early stage, ensuring that new build requirements or expansions are captured, and plans produced for any upgrades/expansions and new build
- Maintain requirements, change requests, and track gaps between software and business requirements specifications
- Maintain the documentation, processes, guidelines, and procedures of the project management methodology including infrastructure procedures and protocols for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business
- Prepare project documentation as required, champion the production of business cases for software development or migration
- Partner with business, clinical, quality and utilization teams to complete project management activities to ensure successful completion of project needs
- Review current system data structure, and model new data structure based on current operational requirements
- Evaluate and map existing data structure fields for legacy data migration
- Create test cases and report on outcomes
