Short Description
The New Jersey Office of Attorney General (NJOAG) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong experience in custom coding to refine requirements, develop, test and implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal and a back-end CRM system to replace an aging Java application. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 online experience, 8+ years of MS SQL Server experience, 8+ years of .NET Framework experience, and 3+ years of experience custom coding for new MS Dynamics CRM 365 applications.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 online (minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics CRM 365 and the rest of the years may be other versions)
- 8+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
- 8+ years of experience with .NET Framework
- 6+ years of experience with C#
- 6+ years of experience with Javascript (JQuery)
- 3+ years of experience with CSS 3
- 3+ years of experience developing custom code for new MS Dynamics CRM 365 applications

The New Jersey Office of Attorney General (NJOAG) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong experience in custom coding to refine requirements, develop, test and implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal and a back-end CRM system to replace an aging Java application. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 online experience, 8+ years of MS SQL Server experience, 8+ years of .NET Framework experience, and 3+ years of experience custom coding for new MS Dynamics CRM 365 applications.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be tasked to:
- Review application requirements and work with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements during the development process
- Create and manage custom objects, plugins, fields, formulas, validation rules, reports, connectivity and custom workflows
- Prepare data migration plans and work with stakeholders to prepare data for migration, perform data migration tasks and validation testing
- Prepare implementation plans and work with stakeholders and others as needed to implement solutions
- Develop and maintain all core functionality in the Microsoft CRM environment including connectivity to SharePoint, Enable, and Microsoft Office, and Great Plains either on premise or in the cloud
- Work independently to ensure the accurate interpretation of business needs to design, develop, test and implement new code
- Attend ongoing Governance Committee meetings and implement changes, additions, and deletions as prioritized by the stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and communicate expectations to team members and outside stakeholders
- Promote teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative and customer-focused work environment among division, EDA staff, and external customers
- Perform other duties and special projects
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Portal development including the creation of standard and custom objects. This includes proficiency with C#, Javascript, Jquery and Power Automate.
- Prioritize workloads, handle various tasks simultaneously, and complete work independently
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; be proficient in grammar, spelling and editing; and foster communications with business professionals and OAG staff
- Manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of user’s timelines
- Move code from sandboxes to production in a precise manner
- Analyze and solve problems using technical, design and implementation skills while also incorporating functional, user-friendly report formats
- Show proficiency in data manipulation
- Maintain confidentiality and deal effectively and diplomatically with business professionals and OAG staff
- Demonstrate respectful behavior and promote teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative and customer-focused work environment among division, staff and external customers
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and the ability to learn new software packages
