Short Description

The State of New Jersey’s Administrative Office of the Courts (NJAOC) is seeking a Linux System Administrator to augment the Open Systems team on premise and on cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of Linux administration, 3+ years of automation scripting, and 3+ years of RHEL Satellite or Ansible Tower system administration.

Required Skills/Years of Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience with Linux administration
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• 3+ years of experience with RHEL Satellite or Ansible Tower system administration

Desired Skills/Years of Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise storage or SAN administration
• 3+ years of experience with automation scripting including IaC tools
• 3+ years of experience with administration of cloud provider resources
• 2+ years of experience with Unix administration
• 2+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• 1+ year of experience with IBM Copy Services Manager (CSM) administration

The State of New Jersey’s Administrative Office of the Courts (NJAOC) is seeking a Linux System Administrator to augment the Open Systems team on premise and on cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of Linux administration, 3+ years of automation scripting, and 3+ years of RHEL Satellite or Ansible Tower system administration.

The Linux System Administrator will be tasked to:

• Augment the Open Systems team
• Support Linux/Unix infrastructure, enterprise backup and recovery, and distributed storage systems
• Install, troubleshoot, configure, and perform tuning of Linux based operating systems (RHEL)
• Incorporate package management using RPM/YUM
• Backup and restore Linux servers
• Plan, install, configure, and administer enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Manage all aspects of distributed enterprise storage
• Install, configure, and administer Unix based systems on IBM power systems
