The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Fish and Boat Commission (F&B) is seeking a Jr .NET Developer to assist other developers with maintenance and support for the Resource First Portal (RFP) system. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of Microsoft .Net Framework experience, 3+ years of using SQL Server 2016 or higher, and 1+ year of working with SSRS.

Required Skills/Years of Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net Framework
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher
• 1+ year of experience with SSRS
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft TFS or similar tool

The Junior .NET Developer will be tasked to:

• Assist other developers with maintenance and support for the Resource First Portal (RFP) system
• Function in both as an individual and as part of a team
• Meet or exceed challenging deadlines while performing daily duties that will include
• Analyze, design, code, and test application code
• Perform application troubleshooting and bug fixes
• Create new screens with HTML and ASP.NET
• Record, verify, log, and document testing results
• Maintain versioning and source control with TFS
• Document and present recommendations for issue and risk remediation to team leads and managers
• Work with Microsoft .Net Framework
• Utilize SQL Server 2016 or higher
• Implement SSRS
• Work with Microsoft TFS or similar tool
• Use ASP.NET and C#.NET
• Employ XML and HTML
• Work with SSIS
• Perform GIS Mapping
• Utilize Entity Framework
• Work with Telerik GUI Controls
