The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer to develop applications on the Bureau of Occupational and Industrial Safety’s web-based Licensing, Certification, and Inspection system. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of using ASP.Net/VB.Net/C#, 10+ years of using SQL, and 10+ years of working with MVC Framework.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience using ASP.Net/VB.Net/C#
- 10+ years of experience using SQL
- 10+ years of experience working with MVC Framework
- 10+ years of experience working with Team Foundation Server
- 7+ years of experience using Jquery, REST, PowerBI

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer to develop applications on the Bureau of Occupational and Industrial Safety’s web-based Licensing, Certification, and Inspection system. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of using ASP.Net/VB.Net/C#, 10+ years of using SQL, and 10+ years of working with MVC Framework.
The .NET Full Stack Developer will be tasked to:
- Implement online application processing and build additional reporting functionality
- Refactor existing data and object models to bring the data and code into alignment with existing standards
- Use ASP.NET VB and C#
- Perform database T-SQL coding in SQL Server
- Analyze existing data structures
- Code data migration/conversion scripts
- Work with MS TFS
- Work with MS Visual Studio in an enterprise environment
- Build reports and validating data to ensure accuracy
- Translate requirements into functional data and coding models
