The Digital Strategy Associate will play an integral role in helping to implement and drive carefully planned digital and content projects designed to raise Dantech's profile and to augment Dantech's professional services and staffing client base. This role will work with a highly collaborative, high performing team and will be accountable for creating and implementing custom campaigns that progress Dantech's communication, policy, and business goals. This role will also measure and report on website, social media, and campaign performance, using statistics as the means to assess outcomes and results. This role must employ a "hyper creative", relentless, ethical, and detail-oriented approach to attract, to inspire, and to drive individuals to positively engage Dantech for mutual benefit. This role continuously strives for ways to transform data into positive action, opens business opportunities, and delivers impactful outcomes that align with organizational goals. This role will be required to perform significant research and writing in order to generate quality content for online articles, marketing ads, digital presentations, social media accounts, etc. in coordination with team members to augment Dantech's brand awareness and overall sales.

The Digital Strategy Associate will be tasked to:

- Run day-to-day operations of digital and social media site, accounts, and campaigns, including creative material development and social advertising
- Support on other strategic business development and promotional initiatives as needed
- Analyze emerging and ongoing social and digital conversations, and strategically advise Dantech on emerging digital strategies and future campaigns
- Read industry, legal, and business news and publications to remain aware of trends that may impact Dantech and to identify promotional opportunities
- Assist in the creation and regular update of marketing collateral, including Web content, brochures, practice group descriptions and credentials, matter descriptions, and biographies
- Assist in the response to RFIs and RFPs
- Author, publish, and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytical reporting of digital performance indicators
- Author and present quarter and annual milestone tracking
- Research and design campaigns that are crafted to achieve desired outcomes
- Support the creation and distribution of thought leadership, such as client alerts, industry outlooks or practice guides, through careful project management, content production, and promotion via mass mailings, digital media posting, and internal newsletters and alerts
- Research and track engagement opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Connect with potential new clients to initiate conversation with prospects and qualify which prospects should be invited to participate in a discovery call
- Respond to inquiries generated through advertisements and events
- Stay current with the latest trends/news and adapt messaging to prospects' needs and areas of interests
- Utilize tools to define, track, and chronicle engagement
- Communicate timely and accurately with Dantech Leadership to provide updates on project activities, successes, and opportunities
