The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Fish and Boat Commission (F&B) is seeking a CADD/GIS Technician to assist other developers in developing and supporting custom ESRI ArcGIS Online Maps. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.7 expertise, 5+ years of utilizing SQL 2008 or higher, and 5+ years of writing and editing Stored Procedures and Queries.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.7
- 5+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS Online
- 5+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop
- 5+ years of experience with SQL 2008 or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Stored Procedures and Queries
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- 1+ year of experience with Javascript API for ESRI
- 1+ year of experience with HTML

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Fish and Boat Commission (F&B) is seeking a CADD/GIS Technician to assist other developers in developing and supporting custom ESRI ArcGIS Online Maps. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.7 expertise, 5+ years of utilizing SQL 2008 or higher, and 5+ years of writing and editing Stored Procedures and Queries.
The CADD/GIS Technician will be tasked to:
- Assist other developers in developing and supporting custom ESRI ArcGIS Online Maps
- Meet or exceed challenging deadlines while performing daily duties
- Analyze, design, code, and test GIS Online Maps
- Write and edit code written in ESRI ArcGIS 10.7 and in ESRI ArcGIS Server
- Publish Maps and Online Map Services with ESRI ArcGIS
- Write and edit SQL Queries and Stored Procedures
- Lead the creation and addition of layers to graphical online maps
- Map Fishing summary handbook changes with ArcGIS Server
- Record, verify, log, and document testing results
- Provide recommendations for securing ESRI products and enhancing map performance
- Work towards departmental and project deadlines
- Document and present recommendations for issue and risk remediation to team leads and managers
- Work with ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.7, ESRI ArcGIS Online, and ESRI ArcGIS Desktop
- Utilize SQL 2008 or higher
- Implement Javascript API for ESRI
- Employ HTML, XML, and C#.NET
